Pad Printer

     Used to print small area and complex surface of industrial products. It is consist of working table, pad combination, ink supply system, operation controlling system and machine body as well.

• Structure

             (1) Working Table

      Install fixture and substrates. There are three kinds of working table: base, shuttle, and conveyer. Base working table is one simple working table to install conveyer and shuttle. Shuttle working table and conveyer working table installed on multicolor pad printer. One product to be installed and printed on shuttle pad printer and more products to be installed and printed on conveyer pad printer, but shuttle pad printer printing precision is higher the conveyer pad printer.

    (2)Pad Combination

        Install pad to pick up ink from pad plate and transfer onto the substrates. The pression of pad adjusted by the slide switching beside pad printer. When starting pad printer, pad combination will move from plate above to substrate above. Most of pad combination press down controlled by one cylinder jar, in order to print small area on big dimension objects, Independent press by diffrent cylinder jar will reach the result, this is independent-press muti-colour pad printer

      (3)Ink Supply System

       There are two kinds of ink supply: one is opened ink tray, the other is sealed cup. Ink and thinner covered in sealed cup to provide and avoid harmful solvent volatilization to protect environment clean, meantime ink saved because of small volatilization.

   (4)Operation Controlling System

         Most of pad printer controlled by micro-computer built in to make machine stability and easy to operate. When testing, only press simple action key and when starting automatic key to begin printing will be helpful to operate pad printer.

•  Main Factors

        (1)Pad Plate

       Three kinds of pad plate used by pad printer: thick steel plate, thin steel plate, nylon resin plate.

       (2) Pad Ink

       Choosing solvent screen ink, UV pad ink and solvent pad ink according to products substrates and having a test before printing.

       (3)Rubber Pad

        Ink picked up from plate and printed by soft rubber pad. Choosing pad according to substrates and printing precision, more harder pad to get more precision printing quality.

       (4)Fixture

        It is important to make fixture according to products. Regular products need the fixture made by lathe or CNC. Complex products need the fixture made by polyester resin.

• Types

        1. Manual controlling, Electron controlling, Compression air controlling pad printer to be sorted according to action supply. Most of pad printer in china market is controlled by compression air.

        2. Sealed cup pad printer, opened ink tray pad printer to be sorted according to different ink supply system. Sealed cup pad printer have more excellence than opened ink tray pad printer such as ink viscidity, ink dosage and clean environment.

        3. One colour, two colours, four colours, six colours pad printer to be sorted according to max printing colour numbers. One colour pad printer print one colour one time; two colours pad printer print two colours in one products one time.in order to improve multicolor pad printer purpose, one colour to be printed one time is ok too.

       4. Shuttle working table pad printer and conveyer working table pad printer to be sorted according to different working table installed. Shuttle working table pad printer install one product to print and get multicolor. Printing more precision than conveyer pad printer. Conveyer pad printer install 10-20 products to print and get more higher production than shuttle pad printer.

         5. Flat pad printer and cylinder pad printer to be sorted according to products can be printed. Cylinder pad printer updated on one colour pad printer. When its pad press down on the product and keep contact state for some time, shuttle working installed move and make cylinder product move round. Cylinder pad printer can print some simple round products such as handle, golf ball.       

Hot stamping machine and heat transfer machine

By hot stamping machine you will get metal gloss on your products; by heat transfer machine, you will transfer beautiful picture printed onto PET film to your products. It is consist of working table, hot press system, temperature controlling system, foil feed and rolling system.

    l       Structure

 Hot stamping machine and heat transfer machine have more complex structure than pad printer and screen printer:

1.           Working table: Install fixture and substrates. There are four kinds of working table: Flat stillness, round, flat shuttle and conveyer , flat stillness working table installed flat stamping machine. Round working table use to stamp round products and flat shuttle working table use to stamp flat products.

2.          Hot press system: Install silicon rubber plate or silicon rubber roller. Silicon plate used by hot stamping machine and silicon rubber roller used by heat transfer machine. When silicon plate or silicon roller press down and keep contact with substrate, heat and pressure pass through stamping foil or heat transfer film.

3.          Temperature controlling system: Measure silicon plate and silicon roller temperature and pass to controlling meter, keep nearest range between fact temperature and setting temperature so that get best quality.

4.          Foil feed and rolling system: Install stamping foil or heat transfer film. After stamping and transfer one product, the foil and film will rolling to equal length according to your setting rolling time.

5.          Operation controlling system: Most of stamping machine and heat transfer machine controlled by micro-computer built in to make machine stability and easy to operate. When testing, only press simple action key and when starting automatic key to begin printing will be helpful to operate screen printer.

1.           Silicon plate and silicon roller: 

       Silicon plate adhered to upper of stamping machine; roller installed on the heat transfer machine. More harder silicon rubber get more better stamping quality

2.          Stamping foil and heat transfer film:

            Stamping foil coloured made by vacuum braise-plating and heat transfer film printed by cave copper printing machine. Stamping foil used by stamping machine and heat transfer machine; heat transfer film only used by heat transfer film.

3.          Fixture:

l       Sorts

1.  Flat stamping machine:  Stamping head is flat and working table keep stillness named Flat stamping machine. Conveyer working table installed on flat hot stamping machine named conveyer hot stamping machine,There are two kinds of stamping machine: one is Manual stamping machine, the other is Air-controlling machine.

2.  Cylinder stamping machine: Shuttle working table installed on flat stamping machine named Cylinder stamping machine. Round products can be stamped by this kind of machine.

3.  Flat heat transfer machine: Stamping machine with silicon roller and shuttle working table named Flat heat transfer machine. When roller press down to contact flat substrate and working table move from left to right, flat products will be transferred through heat and pressure.

4.  Cylinder heat transfer machine: Round fixture installed on the working table , cylinder products will be transferred. Most of heat transfer machine have two function: when transfer flat product, removing round fixture and make working table movement ; when transfer cylinder product, installing round fixture and keep working table stillness.

5.  Imitating-surface stamping machine: Stamping head can be fluctuated when contacting with product surface figure because of fluctuating device. Oval object, camber object, ball object etc complex product will be transferred by this machine. With the development of market, Fully-automatically cylinder stamping machine improve rapidly stamping speed and enter into the vision.

 Screen printer

 Used in printing flat, oval, and standard round products. It is consist of working table, screen frame combination, ink Squeegee system, operation controlling system and machine body.

l   STRUCTURE

Screen printer has a more simple structure:

1)        Working table:         Install fixture and substrates. There are five kinds of working table: Flat, round, oval, T model, vacuum. T model working table and vacuum working table keep stillness when printing; other kinds of working table can move up and down when printing, In order to improve production efficency , conveyer working table installed on flat screen printer.this kind of screen printer is suitable printing small dimension objects.

2)      Screen frame combination:          Install screen plate and store ink. When printing flat products, frame keep stillness; when printing cylinder, screen frame move from left to right.

3)      Squeegee nip combination:         Install rubber squeegee and supply ink for coating on the surface of silk. Rubber blade move up-and-down, meantime ink floor move with opposition direction. When printing flat products, squeegee nip combination move left to right, when printing cylinder products, they keep stillness. Squeegee rubber finish printing and ink floor finish coating.

4)      Operation controlling system:      Most of screen printer controlled by micro-computer built in to make machine stability and easy to operate. When testing, only press simple action key and when starting automatic key to begin printing will be helpful to operate screen printer.

l   MAINLY FACTOR

1)        Screen plate: 

        Making screen plate through three kinds of way: emulsion, direct film, indirect film. Different substrates need different technology parameter such as: silk tension, count, thickness of emulsion. Water base and solvent base emulsion coated according to different products.

2)      Screen ink:

       Choosing solvent screen ink, UV ink and function plasma according to printing request. Ink must be test before printing.

3)      Rubber squeegee:

             Ink pressed to deposit onto the products by rubber squeegee. Rectangle squeegee is for flat substrate and triangle squeegee is for cylinder substrate. Harder squeegee get more precision printing result than softer squeegee.

4)      Fixture:

             It is important to make fixture according to products. Regular products need the fixture made by lathe or CNC. Complex products need the fixture made by polyester resin. Round products need same diameter transmission gear with product diameter.
