Embossing and bump stamping

Paper packaging using bump embossing and embossing foil will significantly improve the visual impact. The way to achieve embossing and embossing is to use embossed stamping to press the paper into a three-dimensional projection. Embossing and embossing have a wide range of uses in paper packaging.
1) The difference between embossing and foil embossing:
The embossing and embossing only forms a raised three-dimensional effect on the surface of the paper, and the embossing and stamping will complete the foil stamping at the same time in the raised area. Embossing is not applicable to foil stamping, and embossing stamping uses foil stamping paper. Hot stamping for embossing and embossing has no steps, while hot stamping for bump stamping has a step to avoid hot stamping on hot stamping areas.
2) Plane bump process and three-dimensional bump process
Only the embossing process using the plane stamping and bump embossing process will form a flat plateau on the surface of the paper. At the same time, the embossing process and embossing foil stamping process using hot stamping and resin mastering can form uneven and scattered embossed patterns on the surface of the paper.
3) Requirements for hot stamping machine
For sheet fed and roll fed, the structure of the hot stamping machine has obvious differences. For sheet-fed hot stamping machines, hydraulic hot stamping machines, pneumatic hot stamping machines, and opening and closing electric hot stamping machines are all common types.
