Principle
• Hot-press transfer principle: The hot stamping machine mainly works on the principle of hot-press transfer. Under a certain temperature and pressure, the electrochemical aluminum foil is in contact with the hot stamping plate and the substrate. The electric heating plate heats up to make the hot stamping plate have heat. The electrochemical aluminum is heated, and its hot-melt dyeing resin layer and adhesive melt. The adhesion of the dyeing resin layer decreases, and the viscosity of the adhesive increases after melting. The aluminum layer and the electrochemical aluminum base film are peeled off and transferred to the substrate. After the pressure is removed, the adhesive quickly cools and solidifies, and the aluminum layer is firmly attached to the substrate to complete the hot stamping.
• Microcomputer control: The microcomputer control system can accurately set and adjust various parameters in the hot stamping process, such as temperature, pressure, hot stamping time, etc., to ensure that wooden gift boxes, wine boxes, and red wine boxes of different materials and sizes can obtain ideal hot stamping effects, improve the quality and stability of hot stamping, and can store a variety of hot stamping process parameters for easy call and switch.
Structure
• Body frame: Made of solid metal material, it provides stable support for the entire hot stamping machine, ensuring that the body does not deform during high-pressure hot stamping operations, ensuring hot stamping accuracy and equipment life.
• Pneumatic system: It consists of an air compressor, cylinder, pneumatic control valve, etc. The air compressor provides compressed air, which is controlled by the pneumatic control valve to control the cylinder movement, so as to realize the up and down movement of the hot stamping head and provide the pressure required for hot stamping. The pressure can be controlled by adjusting the pneumatic control valve or the air intake of the cylinder.
• Heating system: Usually, heating elements such as electric heating tubes or heating plates are installed under or inside the hot stamping plate. • Hot stamping plate and fixing device: The hot stamping plate is made of metal materials such as copper and zinc, and is engraved or corroded according to the hot stamping pattern and text. It is installed under the hot stamping head of the hot stamping machine through fixtures or bolts to ensure that the hot stamping plate fits tightly with the surface of the substrate and the clarity and accuracy of the hot stamping pattern.
• Workbench and positioning device: The workbench is used to place wooden gift boxes and other substrates. The surface is flat and smooth, and there are positioning devices, such as positioning pins, positioning slots or pneumatic clamps, to ensure the accurate position of the substrate during the hot stamping process, prevent it from moving or offsetting, and ensure the position accuracy of the hot stamping pattern.
