Working principle
Use ultraviolet light to make the photoinitiator in UV coatings, inks, glues and other materials produce polymerization reaction, so that these materials are converted from liquid to solid in a short time to achieve the curing effect.
Structural composition
• Light source system: mostly use high-pressure mercury lamps, metal halide lamps or UV LED lamps. Different light sources have different characteristics. For example, UV LED lamps have the advantages of environmental protection, low energy consumption and long life.
• Ventilation system: It is composed of fans, ducts, wind hoods, etc., which are used to discharge the heat and odor generated during the curing process to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and a good working environment.

Application in different products
