1. Sliding workbench

2. Vacuum suction device
• Fixing printing materials: The vacuum suction device is the key to ensure that the printing materials are placed stably on the workbench. When the suction function is turned on, the surface of the workbench will generate suction, firmly adsorbing the printing materials on the table. It is particularly effective for thin and easy-to-move printing materials (such as paper, film, etc.), which can avoid displacement due to the adhesion of screen ink or the scraping of the scraper.

4. Pneumatic up and down of the screen
• Smooth and precise movement: The design of pneumatic up and down of the screen uses compressed air as power to make the lifting and lowering of the screen smoother and more precise. Compared with the traditional mechanical lifting method, the pneumatic system can better control the movement speed and position of the screen. When the screen is pressed down to contact the printing material, it can fall at a uniform speed and appropriate pressure to ensure that the ink is evenly transferred to the surface of the material.
