Product Description

    The cold stamping process is different from the hot stamping process that heats the stamping plate to transfer the metal coating on the stamping foil to the product. It mainly relies on the coating, first screen printing or spraying solvent-based or UV-based varnish on the product, and then using a roller-type stamping machine for embossing. The coated area will transfer the stamping foil, while the uncoated area will not transfer the stamping foil.
The cold stamping process is suitable for larger paper, high-temperature-resistant films, some metal glass and other products that are not suitable for direct stamping. The cold stamping process is also more suitable for multi-color stamping combinations.

    H-TCR720 is designed for water transfer paper, heat transfer paper with hot stamping  such as stickers gilt of ceramic label paper, it has one set of feeding roll, installation need Stamping Foil . It is widely used in Cloth ,stickers, PVC film, paper and other products.  

Indirect stamping process: First, in gilt plasma screen above the paper or fabric , followed by then H-TCR720 Heat Transfer Machine transfer. For the indirect process, logo screen spacing depends on the spacing.
