Working principle

    It mainly uses ultraviolet rays (UV) to irradiate UV ink, coating or glue, etc., to make it cure instantly. There is a UV lamp inside the equipment. When the paper packaging passes through the UV lamp irradiation area, the ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength emitted by the UV lamp will trigger the photoinitiator in the UV material to react, causing the material to quickly change from liquid to solid, thereby achieving the effect of drying and curing.

Structural composition

• UV lamp system: This is the core part, including UV lamp tube, reflector and cooling device. The UV lamp tube can emit ultraviolet rays of suitable wavelength, and the reflector can concentrate ultraviolet rays on the plane of paper packaging to improve the curing efficiency. The cooling device is used to prevent the lamp tube from overheating and extend its service life.

• Conveying system: It consists of motors, conveyor belts, etc., and is responsible for smoothly conveying paper packaging through the UV lamp irradiation area. And by adjusting the speed of the motor, the conveying speed of the paper packaging can be changed to meet different production needs and curing requirements.

• Control system: It can accurately control the parameters such as the power, irradiation time, and conveying speed of the UV lamp. Operators can adjust these parameters according to factors such as the type and thickness of ink or coating on the paper packaging to ensure the best curing effect.
